Senior Sales & Designer

The Senior Sales & Designer position is responsible for sales, design, and design management for residential remodeling projects. The senior designer has a keen understanding of interior design and architectural principles needed for remodeling older interiors to modern specifications. The Senior Designer is responsible for creating a vision for the client’s project and ensuring their expectations are met in the proposed design, estimated budget, and project plan. The Senior Designer acts as the guiding force to ensure project sales are completed, projects are designed, specifications created and captured, product selections are made, and budget & final estimates are quantified. The Senior Designer has the support of Design Assistants for product selections and drafting on large projects.

Key Skills:

Strong Sales – Strong background selling to Clients is required as Designer is responsible for the Sales process with prospective Clients.

Excellent Designer – Ability to create conceptual drawings, and interior and exterior design solutions to achieve client’s wants and needs. Professional degree in Interior Design and significant experience in residential remodeling preferred.

Proficient Drawing Skill – Ability to create detailed plans and elevations in White Crane design software (Chief Architect). Drafting resources are available to Sr. Designer for detailed drawings. Expectation that Designer is proficient in Chief Architect by the time employment starts.
