Task Lighting: We chose a pendant light for over Kitchenette sink.
The light fixture over the bath in the ADU Bathroom.
We installed an exterior sconce next to ADU entrance at the top of the stairs, and motion lighting above the exterior vent for the Kitchenette stove hood. A matching sconce illuminates the garage access door below, and another motion light is mounted above the main garage door.
We added charging capabilities for an electric car in the new garage.
