What started as a water issue in this client’s finished lower level presented the perfect opportunity for a full-blown re-design on both the lower level and main floor. Once the source of the water problems were permanently corrected, we got to work. Black lacquered trim throughout creates a bold backdrop for the beautiful three-sided fireplace, bar, pool table & movie theatre. Away from the entertainment area is the exercise room with individual lockers, and an adjoining bath and steam room. On the main level, the foyer welcomes guests with a custom chandelier and the vaulted family room features a one-of-a-kind fireplace wall. A new wet bar and kitchen update complete the look.
