To transform this space from dark and uninviting to bright and beautiful, we opened the entry, raised the ceiling, and removed a closet, making room for a new custom bench and front door. Opening the kitchen created space for a multi-function island. Oak hardwood floors complement the warm grey cabinets and white quartz countertops.

The dining room paneling was modified and a new tile floor and electrical panel enclosure was installed. The laundry room/pantry is a cheerful space with a new luxury vinyl floor, a custom, adjustable shelving system, and cabinets matching the kitchen. An undermount sink is an unexpected touch. Modern lighting keeps the spaces feeling clean and simple and showcases the harmonious blend of new and existing elements.
