A Makeover on Medicine Lake

This home was once a simple 1940s cabin built on the shores of Medicine Lake. Though a previous remodel allowed for more modern living, our clients had an even bigger vision in mind. We designed and built a second story with a vaulted master suite balcony that included a home office, laundry room, and a bunkroom for grandkid visits. The first floor has a new game room and large family room that opens to the kitchen and 4-season spa. A 2-story corner window wall and atrium anchor the design and provide spectacular views of the lake. New heating, air, plumbing, and electrical upgrade the home’s efficiencies, and new trim, paint, fireplaces and flooring, tie everything together.
