Karie Zemlicka

Karie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Stout, specializing in Interior Design. Karie’s extensive background spans over two decades in residential design-build. She brings a wealth of knowledge in design, construction, and remodeling to each client’s project, culminating in a design methodology she calls “Smart Design.” Her approach goes beyond simply comprehending her clients’ needs. Karie believes in guiding every client through cost-effective and character-enhancing solutions that honor every client’s investment in their home. Her collection of accolades reflects her expertise and a multitude of successful project transformations.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Karie cherishes time spent with her sons and family. Rooted in her Midwest upbringing, Karie grew up on a farm in Wisconsin, instilling a love for the country. Her passion for the outdoors fuels her desire to travel, seeking design inspiration far and wide. She also indulges in urban exploration, reveling in the city’s rich culture, art, and culinary offerings.  Don’t be surprised to spot her at local thrift stores hunting for unique home and fashion treasures, as her love for all things vintage adds depth to her personal and professional style.
