As a member of White Crane’s leadership team, Cate Rysavy champions a human-centered approach to residential remodeling, helping ensure that clients remain at the heart of every project. With a background in design thinking, team leadership, and project management, she focuses on creating exceptional experiences for homeowners and supporting seamless collaboration across the White Crane team. Having navigated multiple remodeling projects in her own home, Cate brings valuable insight into the client journey and helps keep White Crane’s work grounded in the needs of the people it serves.

When she’s not at work, Cate can often be found enjoying Minneapolis’ neighborhoods, lakes, and green spaces with her family and pets, making the most of everything city living has to offer.
