Our client’s goals for this South Minneapolis Basement Remodel:
1. Add a bedroom and bathroom for guests, with a shower where the dog can be washed.
2. Create a TV watching area designed to fit the furniture including a sectional with chaise.
3. Build a nice looking laundry room.
The home’s messy mechanicals were tightened up & reconfigured to create livable spaces with minimal soffits. Live edge wood shelves by Wood from the Hood were selected for the T.V. nook. The wood used to make the shelves came from the home’s zip code. This project features fun pops of color that accent our client’s unique personal pieces from her time living in Mexico.
