This 1923 Arts and Crafts home in Minneapolis had a small kitchen and cramped rooms that called for a two-story addition. The clients now have a much larger main-level kitchen that opens to the rest of the home and a second-level owner’s suite with room for a king-size bed, a larger closet, and a beautiful 3/4 bath. To preserve the home’s charm and character, we chose the new woodwork, flooring, windows, and exterior materials to match or complement the home’s original finishes. The improved space now supports a growing family that loves to entertain.
