We are putting the finishing touches on this Lower Level remodel!

All the Lower Level doors and trim have been painted a deep brown. At the clients’ request, we salvaged, cleaned, and re-installed all the original door hardware including knobs, escutcheon plates, and hinges. Using the vintage hardware helps to create a seamless blend of old and new that our clients were looking for, and also saves money on hardware.

The doors and trim are prepped and painted dark brown.

The wet bar with sink, faucet, and dishwasher has been installed in the Lower Level Family Room. The wet bar also features a granite countertop and open shelving. The bar’s position in the Family Room right outside the new Poker Room makes it handy for entertaining in either space.

Finishing touches to the Poker Room, like decorative lighting and a custom wine rack, are now in place. Once the new poker table arrives our clients will be ready to play! A flushmount bronze and crystal light fixture is added to the Lower Level entry room to create the perfect mix of vintage-modern style.
